Recruitment

With Adecco Medical, recruitment involves seven key steps:

1. Recruitment

By video or phone call with the aim of getting to know you, discussing your goals, your wishes regarding relocation to France (including salary expectations), your professional experience and your skills.

2. Assessment

Assessment of your level of French and your European qualifications.

3. Research

From among more than 10,000 of our clients, we search for the opportunity that best matches your profile.

4. Selection

An interview is organised by video call and/or by phone between you and the client.

5. Meeting

A physical meeting is organised so that you can meet the staff of your future establishment in person and visit the area.

6. Support

We support you throughout the administrative process:

• Professional formalities: recognition of qualifications, preparation for the medical board interview etc.

• Relocation formalities: finding accommodation, insurance, vehicles etc.

7. Onboarding

We follow your onboarding through regular updates with you.

Documents to be provided

For successful relocation, you should have at least:

• A copy of your European qualifications with their French translations (translated by a translator certified by the French courts)
• A copy of an identity document (or certification of nationality)
• A CV
• A copy of your criminal record or a certificate issued by the relevant authority dated within the last three months, attesting to the absence of convictions, and a certificate of good conduct
• A sworn statement certifying that no proceedings that could result in a penalty or sanction likely to have consequences for registration have been initiated against you
• A certificate of deletion or registration issued by the authority with which you were or are still registered dated within the last three months OR a sworn statement certifying that you have never been registered or, failing that, a certificate of registration in a member state of the European community or a country that is part of the agreement on the European economic area dated within three months.

Other documents may be requested depending on your specialism; we will be on hand to guide you.
